In my practice, I work with adults and children of all ages and backgrounds guiding them to develop body, mind and spirit and to arouse a passionate desire for excellence. I am a relationship coach, beginning first with relationship to one's self and extending to one's surroundings. I work with issues of anger management, athletic perfromance, public speaking, relationship to money, addiction, PTSD, and greatly help children with ADD/ADHD through a well rounded program. I sometimes do phone sessions, usually as a follow-up and hold introductory evenings for groups.
